Terms of use

Short version: you are welcome to read, learn from and link to anything here. Copying or republishing the content needs my permission, and the downloadable skills and agents come with their own licence, set out below.

Last updated 29 October 2026

1. Copyright

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, explanations, illustrations, interactive tools, code and the selection and arrangement of material on jigarrajpura.com are © 2026 Jigar Rajpura. All rights reserved.

The site was built with the help of AI tools. My copyright claim covers my own contribution: what I wrote, edited, selected, arranged and designed. It does not claim ownership of anything the law does not protect.

2. What you may do

  • Read, browse and use the interactive tools for your own learning.
  • Link to any page.
  • Quote short passages, with attribution to “Jigar Rajpura, jigarrajpura.com” and a link to the page.
  • Use the downloadable skills and agents under the licence in section 4.

3. What needs my written permission

  • Copying, republishing or redistributing pages, tools, figures or substantial parts of them, on another website, in training materials or in client or commercial work.
  • Adapting or translating the content, or building derivative tools from it.
  • Bulk copying or scraping of the site, including to build datasets or train AI models.

Being able to view a page’s source code in your browser does not grant any licence beyond these terms.

4. Downloadable skills and agents

The downloadable skills (the targeted literature review skill and the RWE protocol writer skill) and the downloadable protocol author–reviewer agent pack are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). You may use, share and adapt them for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Jigar Rajpura, link to the licence and say if you changed them. Commercial use, including use in paid services or products, needs my written permission.

Any project released as open source states its own licence in its repository, and that licence applies to that project.

5. Third-party material

Cited documents, guidelines, trademarks and product names belong to their owners and are referred to for identification and discussion only. The site design is inspired by Spencer Gabor’s portfolio and Dieter Rams’s ten principles of good design; no endorsement by either is implied.

6. Disclaimer and no warranty

This is a personal site, not sponsored by or affiliated with any current or former employer or any university, and nothing on it is medical, regulatory, reimbursement, legal or investment advice. The content is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and may contain errors or be out of date. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from its use. See the full disclaimer.

7. Permissions and corrections

8. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Be curious, not judgmental.
